Mohawk College Recreation

Located at Mohawk College's Stoney Creek campus, the Fitness Centre includes a variety of weights and cardio equipment. The Stoney Creek Fitness Centre is a shared space that houses both Athletics and the Mohawk Students' Association (MSA) offices. 

Along with workout equipment, the Stoney Creek Fitness Centre offers accessible showers for use and the MSA operates a hygiene station that offers free products.

Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
